	a. HUF	i. Submisison of undertaking ii. Declaration-cum-indemnity from huf members should be executed on rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper or according to the prevailing laws of respective states where the account is being maintained.
	b. Partnership Firms	i. Signature of all the partners in the customer registration form. ii. Declaration form in prescribed format.
	c. Joint Stock Companies	i. Signatures of authorised signatories in the customer registration form (as per account opening form) ii. Board resolution in prescribed format

This is dependant upon based on mode of operations in the account.

If the mode of operation is “either or survivor”, alerts will be sent to all holders of the account to the registered mobile numbers.

If the mode of operation is “former or survivor”, alerts will be sent to only former's registered mobile number.

Account holders have to sign registration form and please contact your branch for availing this facility.
